This position will be responsible for supporting product manufacture, including but not limited to line support, implementing process improvements, equipment/ material control and line optimization.

- Lead manufacturing projects that develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes.
- Support routine manufacturing activities to facilitate efficient operations and support the operations team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the entire operations and QA teams in resolving product/process/equipment problems.
- Partner with R&D and Quality to design and optimise manufacturing processes, procedures, and production flow for internal process activities.
- Manage equipment selection, installation and maintenance and ensure equipment is performing to specification.
- Monitor performance of equipment, machines and tools and corrects equipment problems or process parameters as required.
- Execute process validations to meet QMS requirements, including IQ, OQ & PQ process validation activities.
- Deploy the principles of SPC, KPI analysis, lean and six sigma in solving problems, root causing issues, and identifying/implementing the optimum areas for improvement in manufacturing operations.
- Engineering level 8 degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years in medical devices industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and process controls.
- Good communicator (verbal and written) who can liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
- Assured self-starter with proven technical ability.
