In this role, you will play a pivotal part in project implementation and delivery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry specialists to ensure safe and successful project completion. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the company’s Safety Management System and CMS System.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support and assistance to the Health and Safety Manager.
- Ensure site personnel comply with site safety and company requirements.
- Implement and maintain the company’s Safety Management System.
- Undertake site inspections and audits, reporting findings to the project EHS Manager.
- Identify training needs and report requirements to the project EHS Manager.
- Deliver Health and Safety inductions.
- Deliver and attend weekly toolbox talks.
- Organise and chair Safety Meetings.
- Review sub-contractors' Method Statements and Risk Assessments, providing assistance where required.
- Assist with accident and incident investigation reports.
- Submit weekly reports.
- Carry out daily site walks and immediately report findings to project supervisors.
- Advise and assist site teams in drafting Safe Plans of Action.
Skills & Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Relevant 3rd-level EHS qualification (essential).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar EHS Advisor role (essential).
- Experience working in the construction sector (desired).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Full, clean driving licence.
