Process Team Leader – Donegal

Main Responsibilities:
- Diagnose/fault-finding of any maintenance issues and provide solutions to remedy the problem.
- Ensure that all maintenance records are correctly completed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identify and recommend improvement to equipment and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of training records/status to ensure compliance with the ISO training system.
- Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives whilst providing encouragement, motivation and support to team members.
- The Process Lead is also responsible for achieving key department metrics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Coach/mentor team members on effective performance and identify and address development needs; complete performance reviews with team members.
- Ensure adherence to 6S in the Operation areas ensuring the department conducts its business in a manner designed to be productive and protective of human health, safety and the environment.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Third level qualification or trade certificate in an Engineering/ Science / Manufacturing discipline.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong technical experience in mechanical, electrical, controls engineering
- A strong communicator
