Responsibilities:
Role Requirements:
- Enable our Clients to achieve Operational Excellence by putting in place best manufacturing and Supplier Management practices
- Assist our clients to deploy Operational Excellence initiatives .Examples of programs and initiatives are Cost Saving Program, Class A, Workflow Lean Transformation, Quality Begins with Me, QIP, DMAIC Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, etc.
- Help our clients to build and support high performing agile teams with implementing business optimisation solutions across the end to end Supply Chain
- Work with our Client’s business optimisation teams and/or projects/initiatives with virtual and in-person collaboration tools/techniques, gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations.
- Assist Clients to develop and apply new problem-solving techniques including bottleneck analysis, root cause analysis, Lean management, design thinking concepts, etc
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to understand current state and develop future state processes
- Train employees on new or improved processes
- Identify and investigate process deviations within our client’s facility
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Support implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Perform data analysis to support process improvement efforts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in process improvement
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Science and a minimum of 7 to 10 years’ progressive engineering/manufacturing experience including 3 or more in the direct management of group/team.
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt certification Mandatory
- Evidence of successful implementation of lean continuous improvement resulting in improved performance in quality, lead-time and productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to build a culture of continuous improvement through senior leadership and operational leadership teams.
- Good understanding of the end to end Supply Chain including Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Customer Operations
- Proven track record of leading and delivering results in complex environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills
